Jerwyn Massey is a realtor with over 10 years of real estate experience in West Texas, and after a short break from the industry, she chose to make her much anticipated come back in the Permian Basin. She is now serving the families of Howard County and surrounding areas.

Jerwyn also specializes in property management with previous property managing experience which includes:
• on-site manager at a brand new 24-unit community in Crane
• working to achieve a lease up
• assisting 20+ families in securing a place to call home at our apartment community

After taking a hiatus from real estate to take care of family, Jerwyn moved to Big Spring and took a job as Property Manager at a 110 unit low-income housing community. While there, she assisted an untold number of families who came through the doors of her office seeking a safe, affordable place to rent.

She decided to get back into real estate as a full-time career in 2020, and along with that, to specialize in property management to serve a broader community of people. She has since partnered with individual homeowners who needed someone to take over the management of their properties. She has also partnered with investors with larger portfolios to handle the listing, marketing, and leasing of their income-producing properties, and is working with investors to find their next income producing properties in West Texas. Jerwyn is currently training to be able to offer short-term rental (AirB&B) management as well.
